Alloy – a mixed-use community of residential, live/make units, and locally-owned artisan-based businesses – featured a first-of-its-kind midrise in Nashville with 82 modular-built condos. The units comprising the first phase were manufactured off-site in Pennsylvania, shipped by train and assembled atop Tech Hill. This industrial stylized community – wrapped in corrugated metal with decorative steel mesh facings – required an equally edgy branding campaign. Taxi-cab yellows and golden oranges energized the award-winning branding.
